60-Day Guarantee & Returns

Otis and I want the piece to be right when you open it. Every order is covered by our 60-Day Guarantee.

If it isn't right

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to send a piece back for a refund or an exchange. That holds even though we're closing the shop. Write to me at otisandruby.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll put it right.

How to send it back

Email otisandruby.support@gmail.com with your order number and I'll send you the return instructions. Pieces need to come back unworn, in the condition they left in, in their box. Once your return reaches us, the refund goes to the card you paid with within a few business days.

Damaged or wrong pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, or it isn't the one you ordered, we cover the return postage and we refund the shipping you paid on it. Otherwise the return postage is yours.
