Shipping & Delivery

Every piece in the sale is free. You only cover the shipping that brings it to your door. The amount shows at checkout, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

What the shipping costs

One rate. It depends only on how many pieces are in your order:

1 piece — $24.95
2 pieces — $34.90
3 pieces — $44.85
4 pieces — $54.80
5 pieces — $64.75
Each additional piece — add $9.95

Your exact shipping always shows at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on where you are. Every order ships tracked, and the tracking link comes to you by email once it's on its way.

Where it ships from

We're emptying the cases and the back room, and the orders go out through our fulfilment partners so the pieces get to people quickly. Where duties or local taxes apply, they're the recipient's.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is late or goes astray, email me at otisandruby.support@gmail.com with your order number and I'll chase it.
